Fall10/5/2015 It's about that time of year again...when we all begin the processes of closing up for the winter days ahead. First thing we do is take our boats out this wkend or next. Early is good, since we found ourselves going for 1 last ride in late Nov last year, wth winter coats, hats & gloves...never to be repeated again we decided. We'll that's all I got for now...enjoy this beautiful scenic time of the year!

You got that right Jane. The other part of it is, depending on where you are on the lake, you have to take your dock out. That would be us! Not fun being in the water when it's cold.

Yes Mary that's our dilemma as to living on the channel or the lake... pros & cons for both!! Our channel is so beautiful...its like a park setting but then you on the lake peops have the beauty of the water/skies for all the seasons...but the docks in/out is def a CON.
